Our story starts with you
Think of your initial appointment as an (official) get-to-know-you session. We talk about you, your dreams, your goals, and a lot about what makes you, you! We’ll also talk about some of the struggles you might be having in your life at the moment, and any factors that might be contributing to the way you’re currently feeling.
We also know you’ll have questions too. Your initial appointment is the perfect time to ask any questions that might be weighing on your mind, such as how we’ll work together moving forward, and where we’ll go from here.
By talking together and laying the groundwork early, we can get a sense of the best way to work through those struggles and put together a treatment plan that works for you.
Where to begin?
If you’re new to Ben Crebert Psychology, before you book your initial appointment, we’ll make time to have a 5–10-minute connection consultation with you, so we can start our journey on the same page. This is just to make sure we can provide you with the service that suits your circumstance, in a way that works for you. You can fill in the client intake form online, here.
